At Pokara TCG, we take pride in carefully packaging and dispatching every order to ensure your trading cards, sealed products and accessories arrive safely.

We currently offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Delivery Options & Prices

Royal Mail 1st Class – Singles Letter: £2.49

  • Suitable for eligible small, lightweight trading card orders.
  • Usually delivered the next working day after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.
  • This service is not tracked.
  • Available only where cards can be safely packaged within Royal Mail's standard Letter size and weight limits.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Large Letter: £3.49

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Suitable for eligible trading card orders and other small items.
  • Tracking included.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Large Letter: £4.49

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  • Suitable for eligible trading card orders requiring faster delivery.
  • Tracking included.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Parcel: £4.99

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Suitable for sealed TCG products, accessories and larger orders.
  • Tracking included.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Parcel: £5.99

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  • Suitable for sealed products and larger orders requiring faster delivery.
  • Tracking included.

Delivery options depend on the size, weight and contents of your order. Only eligible delivery services will be offered at checkout.

Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, major product releases or promotional events, processing times may be longer.

Delivery estimates begin when your order has been dispatched, not when your order is placed.

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Packaging

We take care to protect every order appropriately.

Trading Card Singles

Cards are carefully protected using suitable materials, which may include penny sleeves, toploaders, card savers, team bags and protective envelopes or mailers.

Packaging will depend on the quantity, value and size of the cards ordered.

Sealed Products & Accessories

Sealed trading card products and accessories are packaged using appropriately sized boxes, padding and protective materials to minimise movement and reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Orders that cannot safely fit within Letter or Large Letter dimensions will be shipped using a parcel service.

Tracking

Orders dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 will include tracking details once available.

Orders sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Singles Letter do not include full tracking.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@pokaratcg.co.uk.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to amend its delivery address.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the packaging and affected items.

We will work with you to resolve any delivery issues in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products will normally be dispatched once stock has been received and the official release date permits shipment.

Release dates and supplier allocations may change. We will communicate significant delays or fulfilment issues where necessary.

International Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

International delivery may be introduced in the future.
