These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Pokara TCG.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
About Us
Pokara TCG is operated by Pokara Ltd, a UK registered company.
We sell trading cards, sealed TCG products, singles, collectables and accessories.
Products
We aim to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible.
Product colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on our website.
Where products are sold as sealed, they will be supplied sealed unless clearly stated otherwise.
Trading card products contain randomly selected contents unless the product description states otherwise. We cannot guarantee particular cards, characters, pulls, rarities or values from sealed products.
Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Any applicable taxes will be shown as required.
Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- There has been an obvious pricing or listing error
- Payment cannot be authorised
- We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
- An order exceeds any stated purchase limits
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will not normally be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.
Stock and Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We aim to keep stock levels accurate, but in rare circumstances an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this happens, we will contact you and either offer an alternative where appropriate or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Pre-Orders
Where a product is sold as a pre-order, the expected release or dispatch date is an estimate and may change.
Release dates and allocations are controlled by manufacturers, publishers and distributors and can be delayed or reduced.
If a pre-order is significantly delayed or we are unable to fulfil it, we will contact you with the available options.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery details are accurate.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including delays within postal or courier networks.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or removes any rights you have under UK consumer law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect.
We may ask you to provide photographs or other reasonable evidence so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Trading Card Condition
For individual trading cards, we aim to describe the condition accurately.
Minor manufacturing imperfections may occur, including centring differences, print lines, edge wear or surface imperfections.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee that a card will achieve any particular grade from PSA, ACE, CGC, Beckett or any other grading company.
Purchase Limits
We may apply purchase limits to certain products where stock is limited or demand is high.
Orders placed in an attempt to bypass stated purchase limits may be cancelled.
Intellectual Property
Pokara TCG branding, website content, photographs, graphics and original materials owned by Pokara Ltd must not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, characters and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Pokara TCG is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party publishers or rights holders unless expressly stated.
Website Use
You must not misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security or availability.
You must not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokara Ltd will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website or products.
We are not responsible for changes in the resale value, collectable value or market price of trading cards or sealed products after purchase.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
